Clearing Office furniture
We normally offer the client 2 options
1. An offer to purchase any furniture / electrical
equipment / other assets that we feel has a retail or salvage value but
we leave all other waste disposal and clearance work to you your own staff.
2. An offer to completely clear the whole
site, disposong of all waste / scrap items and including costs for skips,
labour, cleaning etc.
We can leave the site either ready for your own facilities team to come
in and sweep up or we can do the sweeping up and hoovering at the end
of the job on your behalf
These complete clearances are normally chargeable, however you will find
us almost certainly cheaper than anyone else becase we always give an
allowance against the salvageable items.
Computer and I.T.
We are trade SELLERS of all electrical and I.T. equipment
We do not hold any stocks of these goods due to ever increasing speeds
of depreciation.
We do however regularly pay considerable sums of money for this equipment
because we deal directly with exporters. We minimise transport costs by
shipping these items direct to the export premises.
All of our working PARTNERS have concise agreements in place concerning
the confidential data often contained on hard drives.They will either
remove and destroy hard drives, clean them to the required level or take
machines with the hard drives already cleaned or removed.
As of May 2006 we are still paying for working 15" and 17" monitors.
We also purchase newer, higher spec machines at market price.
